Clover Nutrition's Astaxanthin is produced from micro-algaeHaematococcus pluvialisis . This micro-algae is the form known to produce the highest concentration of Astaxanthin found in nature.
The targeted micro-algae are cultivated in a fully-closed-photo-bioreactors-system designed by engineer-scientists. Technical design avoids the disadvantages of any microbial contamination and enhances the controllability of the culture conditions and process.
The algae (Haematococcus pluvialisis) in its beginning green colored state. As the algae are fed it turns a rich green color. Just at the right time, food for the algae is cut off; this stress causes the algae to turn red, full of rich, natural astaxanthin ready for harvesting.
Clover Nutrition has two workshop, one is for tea products, which is based on high mountain green tea base of 200000 square meters.
One is for herbal extracts, has three production lines which meets the GMP standard, and it can process 5,000 ton raw materials each year with production of 800 ton plant extract.
Clover Nutrition has strictly quality control system.
